I had an overall wonderful stay at the resort. The space was exceptionally clean and all the staff members seemed genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made for a great atmosphere. However, I found the breakfast experience to be quite chaotic and somewhat repetitive during my longer stay. Additionally, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired for some guests. Overall, it has its ups and downs, but the clean amenities and comfortable rooms made it a pleasant visit.

The outdoor pool could use better maintenance and our mountain view wasn't quite what we expected. The breakfast was fantastic and added to the overall positive experience. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Leavenworth, making it a great value for our family getaway.
